Weyerhaeuser began Canadian operations in 1965 with Kamloops Pulp. The company has grown since and has manufacturing operations in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario and New Brunswick, producing a range of pulp, paper, recycled packaging, lumber, and composite wood products for Canadian and International markets. Weyerhaeuser’s Canadian Forestlands office is in Kamloops,
British Columbia, Canada. Weyerhaeuser is a leader in forest stewardship with the vision “to be the best forest product company in the world.” Within the Merritt TSA, Weyerhaeuser has a sawmill and Forestland staff in Princeton. The Forestland staff have managed work agreements with the Nicola Nlaka’pamux Bands since 1994 and the USIB since 1995.
